The assessments are done in a non-fatiguing sequence, however by the end of all of the assessments the participant will most likely feel as though they have gone through a workout. The assessments include non-excreting tests like weight, body fat percentage and flexibility.
The more strenuous tests include finding one rep max of bench press, leg press (smith squats for athletes) and a cardiovascular test. The one rep max tests include a warm up and successive attempts and rests until the max is found. The cardiovascular test includes a moderate warm up on a treadmill that increases in grade (incline) and speed (in MPH).
At Body Elite we strive for our clients to see results and achieve their short and long term goals. With the Physical Fitness Assessment the trainer is able to design more effective training programs and the client's progress is also more recognizable.
